Daily Activity (English Version) 10



Assalamualaikum friends, 

come back again in the week of practice as usual.

   we always do activities in the kitchen. well, it's not easy at first, we have to kitchen every week. with hours in time. but time after time we especially got used to it.

well, this week we entered the rotation menu 1.1-1.4. Today we prepare the 1.1 menu to be served tomorrow at 10:00 am, so today we are not serving just prepare.


1.1 rotation menu consists of:
Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Basque Shrimp
French Bread
****
Beef Stew
Baked Potatoes
Zucchini Saute Provencale

Yellow butter cake


YELLOW BUTTER CAKE




In this assignment, group 4 made dessert and dessert that we will make, namely Yellow Butter Cake. We also started preparing ingredients such as butter, sugar, salt, eggs, flour, baking powder, fresh milk, and finally vanilla powder. The process of making first stir butter until creamy then enter the sugar slowly until it turns white and then enter the egg and flour which has been mixed with salt, vanilla powder, and baking powder. Let the machine spin until the mixture is finished. After the mixture is poured into a cup and bake until it expands thoroughly.
And after that make the cream for topping above the cake we made.
after everything is finished then we do general cleaning. before going home we check first that CL is done that day. and after everything was done then we were told to go home.
